Visa® Service Quality Performance Award, 2010

In 2010, Visa USA recognized Vantiv with its Service Quality Performance Award as best-in-class for its Lowest Assured Transaction Rate. This marked the 15th consecutive year that Vantiv has been recognized by Visa for its service quality excellence.

MasterCard® Recognition Global Quality Gold award, 2009

MasterCard presented Vantiv with this award in recognition of operational achievements that affect the cardholder experience. This was the second consecutive year that Vantiv has been recognized with this award.
