Charles Drucker, President and Chief Executive Officer
Charles joined the company in 2004 as President and was named CEO in 2009, and is responsible for strategy, sales, product development, relationship management, and administration. Prior to joining Vantiv, Charles served as executive vice president & COO of STAR Debit Services, a division of First Data Corporation. Charles also served as a director for MasterCard® and as senior vice president and general manager of Commercial Services at Wells Fargo.

Mark Heimbouch, CFO
Mark Heimbouch joined in 2009 from Trow Global Holdings, where he served as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to Trow, Mark held senior positions at Jackson Hewitt Tax Service, Cendant, First Data Corporation, Western Union, and Deloitte.

Bob Bartlett, CIO
Bob has more than 25 years of financial services industry experience, with expertise in online payment systems, architecture, product development, implementation, and support. As CIO, Bob sets strategic direction and provides large-scale technology solutions for merchant and financial institution clients.

Donald Boeding, Merchant Services President
The former COO at Wells Fargo, Donald joined Vantiv in 2004 and is responsible for the day-to-day Merchant Services operations of the merchant business, from relationship management to new product and technology development. With more than 20 years of experience in the merchant services industry, Donald has served as Director of Merchant Services at Norwest Card Services and Merchant Services Manager at Commerce Bank of Kansas City.

Royal Cole, Financial Institution Services President
Royal joined the company in 2010 from the Western Union Company, where he had been Executive Vice President and General Manager. He held global responsibility for the portfolio of Cash and Electronic, Consumer to Business payments products. In addition, while at Western Union Company, he led the North American Distribution Network organization. He has been actively involved in community and payment industry associations including the Chicago Black Expo and the Electronic Funds Transfer Association (EFTA). Royal is responsible for developing and maintaining the company’s overall EFT strategies, business development, sales, and relationship management.

Adam Coyle, Executive Vice President, Acquisitions & Strategy
Adam joined the company in early 2010, focusing on merger and acquisition opportunities. In November 2010, Adam was named President of NPC, Vantiv’s third-party sales channel, focused exclusively on the unique payment processing needs of the small and medium enterprise market.
He has more than 19 years of experience in the financial service and transaction-processing industries, most recently with Advent International, where he served since 2007 as an Operating Partner. Prior to Advent, Adam was President of First Data Corporation’s Integrated Payment Systems group, a business that focused on providing transaction processing and risk-management services to financial institutions and their clients. He is a board member of Town North Bank Nevada, N.A., and holds an appointment to the Colorado State Banking Board.

Ned Greene, Chief Legal Officer and Secretary
Ned brings a unique and highly valuable combination of business insight, technical legal knowledge, and leadership ability, combined with over 20 years of corporate law experience, to the company.
Before joining Vantiv in 2010, Ned served as Deputy General Counsel at NCR Corporation, where his successes providing executive leadership company-wide for strategic initiatives included the 2007 spinoff and IPO of Teradata, a former $1B division of NCR. He was also responsible for the design and implementation of a legal support model that achieved best-in-class expense targets while providing outstanding legal support and customer satisfaction. Ned oversees all company legal affairs.

Robert Uhrig, COO
Bob began his career with Vantiv in 1985 as computer programmer in the online systems group, where he managed the settlement group. In addition to managing the company’s Operations Division, which includes the card production, contact center, project management, merchant services, and EFT services support teams, Bob’s area of responsibilities include card fraud, billing, credit, compliance, conversions, infrastructure, and process improvement support teams.

William (Bill) Weingart, Chief Product Officer
Bill joined Vantiv in 2010, focusing on delivering leading product innovation to the tens of thousands of merchant and financial institution clients that partner with us for premier payment acceptance solutions. He has more than 28 years of experience as an information technology executive in the financial services industry. Before joining the company, he served as Chief Technology Officer for First Data Corporation’s Merchant Services Division. Bill brings a wealth of international experience to the organization that includes the establishment of information technology in Europe. He serves as a member of the Cordys Technical Board of Advisors and the Starview Technical Advisory Board.

Terry Stout, Chief Human Capital Officer
Terry joined Vantiv in September 2009, leading the Human Resources organization. She has more than 20 years of experience as a human resources leader for companies such as LexisNexis and numerous First Data Corporation subsidiaries including Western Union, TeleCheck, and Teleservices. Partnering with our business leaders Terry is responsible for HR management, organizational design, compensation and benefits, and leadership and talent development.
