  • Jeffrey Stiefler

    Chairman of the Board

    Jeffrey Stiefler is chairman of the Board of Directors at Vantiv. Previously he served as a Director and non-executive Chair of the Board of Vantiv Holding Company, prior to the IPO. Jeff is also on the Board of Directors of LogicSource Inc. He has served as a Venture Partner with Emergence Capital Partners since 2008. Prior to that, Jeff was the Chairman, President and CEO of Digital Insight from August 2003 until the company's acquisition by Intuit in 2007. He also worked with several private equity firms as an operating advisor and held a variety of positions at American Express, including President and Director of the company, and President and CEO of American Express Financial Advisors. Jeff received a B.A. from Williams College and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

  • Charles Drucker

    President and Chief Executive Officer

    Charles Drucker serves as Vantiv’s Chief Executive Officer and a Director on the Board, positions he has held since 2009. Charles joined the company in 2004 as President and was named CEO in 2009. He is responsible for strategy, sales, product development, relationship management and administration. Prior to joining Vantiv, Charles served as Executive Vice President and COO of STAR Debit Services, a division of First Data Corporation. Charles also served as a Director for MasterCard and as Senior Vice President and General Manager of Commercial Services at Wells Fargo.

  • Lee Adrean


    Lee Adrean served as the Corporate Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Equifax, Inc. from October 2006 through May 2014. Prior to joining Equifax, Lee was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of NDCHealth Corporation from 2000 to 2004. Lee serves on the Board of Directors of West Corporation. He holds a B.S. from Bucknell University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

  • Kevin Costello


    Kevin Costello has served as the Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Top Tech Holdings since August 2016. Prior to this position, Kevin was President of Ariba, an SAP Company, from 2012 to 2014. He had been President of Ariba from 2007 until it was acquired by SAP. Before that, Kevin served as Ariba’s Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer. Prior to joining Ariba, he served in various senior management positions during his 18-year career with Andersen Business Consulting. Kevin is on the Board of Directors of Cbeyond, Inc., the chair of its compensation committee and a member of its audit committee. He earned a B.S. degree from the University of Illinois and is a Certified Public Accountant.

  • Mark Heimbouch

    Chief Operating Officer

    Mark Heimbouch serves as Vantiv’s Chief Operating Officer as well as a Director on the Board. Mark joined Vantiv in 2009, helping lead the company’s separation from Fifth Third Bank and building its finance, accounting, audit and compliance departments. Since February 2015, Mark has served as Vantiv’s Chief Operating Officer responsible for Vantiv’s technology, back-office operations, customer service, and security; recently adding responsibility for the product organization. Mark served as Vantiv’s CFO from 2009 – April 2016.

    Prior to Vantiv, he served as CFO with building and infrastructure company, Trow Global Holdings. Mark also held senior positions at Jackson Hewitt Tax Service, Cendant, First Data Corporation, Western Union and Deloitte.

  • Lisa Hook


    Lisa Hook has served as Chief Executive Officer of NeuStar, Inc., an information services and data analytics provider, as a member of the Board since November 2010 and as President since January 2008. Previously, Lisa served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Sunrocket, Inc., held several executive-level posts at America Online, Inc., was a partner at Brera Capital Partners, a global private equity investment firm, managing director of Alpine Capital Group, LLC., an investment banking firm, held several executive positions at Time Warner, Inc., was legal advisor to the Chairman of the Federal Communications Commission, and was a senior attorney at Viacom International, Inc. Lisa served as Senior Independent Director of RELX PLC (FTSE: RELX) and RELX NV, providers of information solutions. In 2012, she was appointed by President Obama to serve on the National Security Telecommunications Advisory Committee (NSTAC.) In recognition of her personal and professional achievements, The Dickinson School of Law and Penn State University honored Ms. Hook as a 2012 Penn State Alumni Fellow.

  • David Karnstedt


    David Karnstedt is the former Chief Executive Officer of Quantifind, a marketing analytics company, a position he has held from July 2015 to March 2017. Prior to this position, he served as the Senior Vice President, Media and Advertising Solutions, at Adobe Systems, Inc. from 2012 to 2013. Previously, he was Chief Executive Officer and President of Efficient Frontier, Inc. from 2009 until 2012. David also served as an executive in residence for Redpoint Ventures in 2008 and 2009. He was Senior Vice President, North American Sales, at Yahoo!, Inc. in 2007 and 2008, and he was Overture Services, Inc.’s Senior Vice President and General Manager, Direct Business from 2001 to 2007. He received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois.

  • Gary Lauer


    Gary Lauer served as Chief Executive Officer of eHealth, Inc. since December 1999 and as a Chairman of eHealth’s Board of Directors from 2002 through May 2016. Gary also served as President of eHealth from December 1999 to March 2012. Prior to joining eHealth, he was the Chief Executive Officer of MetaCreations Corporation from 1998 to December 1999, and was Chairman from 1998 to March 2000. Prior to MetaCreations, Gary spent more than nine years at Silicon Graphics, Inc., where he was a member of the senior executive team. He is also the Co-Founder of the Eminent Series Group. Gary started his career at International Business Machines Corp. in sales and marketing management. He holds a B.S. degree in finance and marketing from the University of Southern California Business School.

  • Boon Sim


    Boon Sim served most recently as Head of Markets Group, President, Americas, and Head of the Credit Portfolio at Temasek Holdings (Private) Limited, an investment company based in Singapore. He held those positions from June 2012 to April 2016. Prior to joining Temasek, Boon was the Global Head of Mergers and Acquisitions at Credit Suisse based in New York, where he joined in December 2009. Boon has more than 20 years of experience in M&A and has held several senior positions at Credit Suisse including Head of Americas, Mergers and Acquisitions and co-head of the Technology Group.

  • Mark Sunday


    Mark Sunday has been the Chief Information Officer and Senior Vice President of Oracle since 2006. He is responsible for overseeing the communications, computing, and security infrastructure that enable Oracle’s internal business operations, as well as a variety of hosting and education services provided to Oracle’s customers. Prior to joining Oracle, Mark was Chief Information Officer and Senior Vice President of Siebel Systems. Mark has more than 30 years’ experience in the high tech industry, having also served in various IT leadership positions at Motorola, ST Microelectronics, and Texas Instruments. He holds a B.S.E. degree from the University of Michigan and an M.B.A. from Southern Methodist University.
