Corporate Responsibility

Strength of character and making a rewarding impact on people and communities where we live and work—these are the ways in which our people make a difference.

Volunteerism – Giving our time and talents

Employees drive the VantivGives community outreach program, lending voluntary support to nonprofit programs that enrich the quality of life and experiences for others and communities. Our team believes that having a fulfilling career is directly connected to making a positive impact on the community.

VantivGives empowers employee passion with a variety of support for their philanthropic activities. Whether individual or collective effort—teaching technology or tutoring, helping college-bound students complete financial aid forms or working at a local pantry or shelter, Vantiv employees use their expertise and winning attitudes to better those around them.

Each full-time employee is provided with eight hours of paid volunteer time-off (VTO) annually that can be used to volunteer in the community, totaling more than 7,000 hours in 2016. For those team members who donate to United Way, we provide an additional eight hours for an employee to volunteer.

Team members also volunteer with their teams – using their skills and expertise to help the community. Recently, our teams have volunteered at:

  • Ronald McDonald House
  • Habitat for Humanity
  • Matthew 25 Ministries
  • Chandler Food Bank
  • Stepping Stones
  • Food Bank of the Rockies

And many more.

Shared Giving

Through VantivGives, we financially support charitable organizations in our local communities. We have partnerships with the United Way – along with local non-profit organizations across the country, which include initiatives led by large employee groups.

The VantivGives Matching Gift program doubles the impact of individual employee giving by matching employee contributions dollar-for-dollar. The program has doubled hundreds of employee donations that support the financial needs of non-profit organizations near and dear to our employees.

"Supporting Brent’s Place is very personal to me because my son Grady spent many days living at Brent’s Place while he was battling Leukemia. I am happy to say we have just one more year until he is cancer free. At every turn Brent’s Place helped meet our needs and many others in the Rocky Mountain Region as well. "
