We understand that communication is key to any successful partnership so we want to introduce our Advantage Mobile app, specifically for our VAR and ISV partners. It will provide our partners and staff with 24/7 access, along with real-time account visibility like never before. The mobile app includes a lead tracker and a message center with push notices for everything from commissions to service alerts. It also comes equipped with push-call access to both your CDM and Channel Support. We wanted to follow our own omni-channel advice that we tell our merchants about every day. We all have to allow customers to engage when and how they want to – not just in an email inbox.
