Processing Redirection Details
The Worldpay eCommerce platform uses Domain Name Service (DNS) host record updates and Border Gateway Protocol (BGP) routing updates to redirect merchant processing traffic to our redundant processing facilities.
Based on your existing services, please confirm that your firewall configuration includes the corresponding IPs below. This ensures that your processing is not impacted during this, or future, planned redirection activities.
If you have any questions, please contact your Worldpay eCommerce merchant or partner relationship manager, PayFac partner manager, eCommerce Customer Care (firstname.lastname@example.org), or eCommerce Support (eCommerceSupport@vantiv.com).
