Steps to take before migration

Here are some important steps to follow to help ensure a successful migration

 

  1. Confirm that your local administrator and additional users can log into Vantiv iQ.

    You will use Vantiv iQ to access Vantiv Resolve, your new chargeback system. Your institution has a designated local administrator who will receive login information at the time of your migration. Please reach out to your designated administrator for your login information. If you have any questions related to provisioning users, please contact support@accessmyiq.com, or visit https://www.accessmyiq.com/info/

  2. Identify all users that will need access to Vantiv Resolve and ensure your local administrator has created a new account for this group within Vantiv iQ. 

  3. Make sure all users attend one of the training webinars for Vantiv Resolve. Premium is for users that currently use the standard chargeback system; Ultra is for users who currently use the enhanced chargeback system. See the Resolve training webinar schedule here:
