Q. What has changed about where I can access my statements?
To access your new statements, you will need to register for iQ, our robust, easy to use servicing tool. iQ is required to access statement information as well as respond to chargebacks.
Q. How do I get access to iQ?
You may have received an email invitation with a registration link or you can go directly to www.accessmyiq.com/enroll to self-enroll if you never received your invitation or it has expired.
Q. How do I self-enroll to iQ?
Follow these steps to self-enroll in iQ if you never received your email invitation or if it has expired.
- Navigate to www.accessmyiq.com/enroll
- Enter the required information and submit your registration request
- Once submitted, you will receive a time-sensitive welcome email with a link to activate your account (Note: you must complete step 2 to fully activate your account)
- Your invitation to iQ will expire 12 days after you receive the welcome email
- Click the “Activate Your Account Now!” link in the welcome email to access your personal registration page
- Choose your User ID and Password, set your security questions, and submit your registration
Q. I registered for iQ, but I never received a welcome email, what should I do?
If you did not receive your welcome email after enrolling, check your junk mail or spam folder and look for an email from firstname.lastname@example.org.
Q. Are there any browser requirements for iQ?
Q. Can multiple users access iQ?
Yes, iQ is completely customizable for the way you do business. You can also control administrative functions such as user set-up and employee profile settings.
Q. What are iQ’s password requirements?
Passwords must adhere to the following requirements:
- Must be between 8 and 24 characters in length
- Must contain at least 5 unique characters
- Must contain at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, and one number
Note: Your iQ password expires every 30 days, and must be reset. When you have 7 days left to set a new password, you will begin receiving alerts.
Q. How do I make changes to my own account – such as name or phone number?
Click on your first name, which appears at the top right of all iQ screens. You’ll then see your User Profile, from which you can edit your first name, last name or phone number. All of the other fields on this screen are read-only; if an update is needed, you’ll need to contact your Administrator.
Q. I’ve forgotten my password; how do I initiate a password reset for myself?
Click on the Forgot? link on the logon to initiate a change password requests. You will need to correctly answer the security questions you have set before you can change your password.
Q. What do I need to do if I get locked out of my account?
If you’re locked out of your account due to too many bad password attempts, you will need to contact your administrator to get your account unlocked.
Q. My statement layout has changed, where can I learn more about the new layout?
In the bottom left corner of your statement, you will see a code, refer to the table below to find your code and click on the link next to code for a walk-through of your new statement layout.
