To support our goals of continuity and stability in our processing environment, Vantiv has implemented the following change management schedule for 2017.
Yellow Freeze will be in effect beginning November 5, 2017 through November 17, 2017. During the Yellow Freeze period, updates to back-office applications or routine changes, such as adding devices or customer definitions, will continue to be performed.
Red Freeze will be in effect beginning November 18, 2017 through January 1, 2018. During the Red Freeze period, approved support service alterations and conversion activities will be performed only on designated dates.
