On Wednesday, Sept. 21, processing for the Vantiv eCommerce line of business will be redirected from our Western facility to our Eastern facility.
Online processing will continue through these planned site processing redirections without interruption. However, batch processing, access to the PayFac portal and API, and the Vantiv iQ for eCommerce reporting website will be unavailable during the specific time period noted.
NOTE: Vantiv iQ for Core is NOT impacted by this action.

|Merchants should confirm their firewall configurations, as described below, prior to this date.
Merchants who normally perform batch processing, PayFac MID creation, or require Vantiv iQ for eCommerce access from 3:30-7:30 a.m. (Eastern) should shift that processing to another time slot.
|Batch processing, access to PayFac portal and API, and Vantiv iQ for eCommerce will be disabled from 3:30-7:30 a.m. (Eastern) while we perform this change. Online transactions will not be affected.|
Processing Redirection Details
The Vantiv eCommerce platform uses Domain Name Service (DNS) host record updates and Border Gateway Protocol (BGP) routing updates to redirect merchant processing traffic to our redundant processing facilities.
Based on your existing services, please confirm that your firewall configuration includes the corresponding IPs below. This ensures that your processing is not impacted during this, or future, planned redirection activities.
