New Emergency Maintenance to Production Environment April 8

Due to technical complications, the maintenance performed on Saturday, April 2, could not be completed within the publicized window. As such, the Vantiv eCommerce platform needs to take a second outage to complete the work, which will occur on Friday, April 8.   

Online processing and batch drop off will continue without interruption. However, batch processing, access to the PayFac portal and API, and the Vantiv iQ for eCommerce reporting website will be unavailable from 3:30 a.m.–7:30 a.m. (Eastern). Delivery of Secure Scheduled Report (SSR) will also be delayed.   

Merchants who normally perform batch processing, PayFac merchant ID creation, or require Vantiv iQ for eCommerce/Virtual Terminal access from 3:30 a.m.–7:30 a.m. (Eastern) this day should shift processing to another time slot.
