Three easy steps to get your new merchant account activated and compliant with Vantiv

1. Activate your account

Get started today. Call our Merchant Activations Team at 866-622-2907 or schedule an appointment and we'll call you. Please have your Merchant ID ready.

For terminal activations, please call 866-622-2907

For PC-based systems or if you’re using software, please call 866-622-2390

2. Validate your PCI security compliance

Complete your validation as soon as possible by clicking here.

Validation may include a PCI Self-Assessment Questionnaire (SAQ). For assistance, please call our PCI Support team at 877-207-6727

3. Access your reporting and statement at AccessMyiQ.com

iQ allows you to view transaction data, access helpful information and set up notification alerts for your processing accounts.

After you process $20 in transactions, you’ll receive an email from iq@accessmyiq.com, with a link to create your user ID and password. This link will expire, so register right away.

If you have any questions, email support@accessmyiq.com, and include your new merchant ID #.
