Hear how your peers are using PartnerPlus and Advantage Card SPIFFs
By now, you have probably heard about Vantiv PartnerPlus and Advantage Card SPIFFs, but perhaps you haven’t yet taken advantage of these offerings. We caught up with two of our partners to hear what they think of PartnerPlus, and how they are using the program to boost their business.
“PartnerPlus helps us reinvest in our business.”
Online ordering service Snappy Eats has been working with Vantiv since 2011. CEO Brian Sheena explains that while the company has integrated with other processors over the years, the PartnerPlus program has prompted a more deliberate effort to send additional merchants to Vantiv.
“PartnerPlus helps us reinvest into our business and helps contribute to our growth,” he said. “We’re getting the bonuses as well as the SPIFFs for our sales people. The program gives me more flexibility to give more incentives to our sales force to help push Vantiv. It’s been a very good, positive thing for us.”
Sheena notes that he’s always had very positive experiences with Vantiv, and the PartnerPlus program has pushed the company to recommend Vantiv almost exclusively to their merchants.
“The program helps subsidize promotions and makes it easier for people to sign up,” said Sheena. “It gives us a lot more flexibility to offer promotions, knowing we will get something upfront from Vantiv to help cover the cost.”
And now that PartnerPlus has been extended until the end of the year, Sheena is planning to hire more sales reps this summer.
“We take the money and give it back to the merchant.”
Like Snappy Eats, Automated Payment Solutions is also using their PartnerPlus rewards to reinvest in the business, but in a different way.
Owner Rhett Scott explains, “We take the money and give it back to the merchant. We are very interested in expanding our book of business with Vantiv and are looking at the long term.”
Integrated with Vantiv since 2015, Scott notes that Vantiv is always eager to help Automated Payment Solutions, which adds up to a win-win for both companies.
“We integrate with other companies, and Vantiv is very proactive in letting us know what is going on and are the very best of the people we work with,” said Scott. “Vantiv is always looking out for us. When it comes to the partner piece of it, Vantiv has no peers. They are always ready to jump in there and do the work that needs to get done.”
Scott also notes that with the PartnerPlus program, he can count on the fact that sales leads are followed up in a timely and effective manner.
“I cannot offer any suggestions to make the program any better. It is working perfectly for us. Vantiv knows our product and it’s been super simple.”
