Introducing Vantiv BizBuz - an online small business customer community
Vantiv BizBuz is an interactive community for Vantiv small business customers, providing easy ways to gather and share ideas, insights and resources with other business owners and entrepreneurs. Members can ask questions, attend exclusive webinars, and request consumer insights that will help them to better understand their customers and grow their business.
Vantiv BizBuz also provides prizes for interactions and sharing, as well as discounts from sponsors like Office Depot®.
Talking about BizBuz, Michele Herron, head of small and medium-sized business (SMB) strategy at Vantiv, said:
“BizBuz members will have a unique connection with their peers that will be a valuable resource to growing their businesses. Those connections will also give us insights and analytics to shape and create new products and services to help these small business owners be more efficient and effective."

Among other benefits available to members will be a discount from Office Depot/OfficeMax, available inside the BizBuz membership portal. Vantiv and Office Depot have teamed up to provide members with savings on their personal shopping at business.officedepot.com, or at more than 1,100 Office Depot retail locations. Vantiv BizBuz members can receive additional savings on copy and print services.
So what does engagement with your peers and Vantiv look like in Vantiv BizBuz? Here are some helpful FAQs that spell out what you can expect from membership.
1. What topics will the activities cover?
The activities will cover a variety of topics around many elements that affect a business owner. Such topics might include new product ideas, challenges you are facing as a business owner, reactions to communication pieces, as well as questions you might want to post to other members.
2. How will my responses be used?
Your responses, along with responses from other community members, will serve as key input for Vantiv strategic decisions and improvement efforts. The responses will also be summarized for the community newsletters so members can see the overall responses and impact of the community.
3. How many activities will I be asked to do a year?
That will vary, but we expect a combination of no more than 3 activities per month, including discussions and quick polls per year. Most activities will require less than 5 minutes of your time.
4. How frequently do I have to participate?
It is completely up to you! There is no minimum number of times you must participate in our activities, and you can cancel your participation at any time.
5. How do I change my password?
You can change your password by logging into the portal at vantivbizbuz.com and updating your profile information under the edit profile button.
6. How do I change my email address?

7. How do I recommend the community to somebody?
The community is exclusively designed for Vantiv clients.
8. How do I participate in VantivBizBuz.com activities?
As a Vantiv BizBuz member, all you have to do is watch your email for activity invitations. We'll invite you to participate in activities we think you'll be qualified for based on the profile you provided during registration. Invitations will include the topic of the study and the URL where you can access the activity on the web. If you miss the email, you can also access all of your activities by logging in to the Vantiv BizBuz portal. You are never obligated to participate but we hope you do.
9. How do I post a question to Vantiv BizBuz community members?
The community is managed by the community mayor. If you would like to post a question to the community, please email your request to: email@example.com. Also, several times throughout the year, community members will be asked to identify topics, issues, challenges and activities they want to learn more about. Activities (discussion forums, quick polls, and surveys) can be created by the community manager to help facilitate the discussion.
